  • Woman’s life is associated with psychological , anatomical, physiological changes during menarche, reproductive period, pregnancy, menopause and post menopause. Because of these drastic changes she is in a vulnerable state and constantly subjected to risks for developing many pathologies. Quality of life depends on many factors like nutrition, job, culture and position in the family, society and environment. Over the centuries women’s role in the society has changed but the women has not changed. A women is multitasking and a man can not understand the dance of hormones taking place in her body which makes depression etc. How can we tackle this with age old Ayurveda.
  • Ayurveda defines women’s life as Bala, Kumari, Rajaswala, Ritumati, Garbhini, Prasava, Sutika etc.but also the health status in regards of dosha balances. What are the paricharya in general for maintaining a women’s health on daily basis?
